Dukes Court focuses the exceptional development expertise within the group in order to offer our clients the very best service possible. We do not offer a training production line - these programmes use our experience in the real world to provide practical skills for the real world.

You benefit from our practical experience

We only employ experienced facilitators and they have a wide range of expertise. Their high level of competence allows them to inject a sense of fun into their work because people usually learn better when they are enjoying it. Most of our staff have significant experience of working internationally and virtually all have been in line management. This tends to give them enormous credibility with participants because they are working from a base of practical experience as distinct from theory. Their consultancy skills allow them to identify underlying issues which arise during the development events. We then feed this information back to clients in order that they may address them to make the work we do with them even more effective.

The diversity of skills which we have under one banner means that we can help clients progressively address issues in a truly integrated way. This produces real alignment of purpose over a prolonged period by avoiding the "flavour of the month" syndrome. In our development events we always seek to build on previous work done with the participants regardless of whether we or someone else did that work.
