Patrick Sullivan

Patrick pursued a career in accounting and sales and later became Head of Personnel at Lufthansa. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Member of both The Institute of Directors and the Turnaround Management Association. He also is an active member of the Association of Management Education and Development. He has sat on a number of boards including Merton Chamber of Commerce and chaired that of Business Link London South West. He was Deputy Chairman of AZTEC the Training and Enterprise Council. He is an Investors in People Adviser and is dedicated to helping businesses to optimise their people's performance by putting together expert Dukes Court project teams for them.
