John Ogden

Having held a number of Board level appointments in Tate & Lyle and the NHS, John's consultancy services have an accent on the Healthcare sector - both public and private. John specialises in using his experience to help people to develop their Personal Competencies to regenerate their careers after redundancy. His highly effective seminars for groups of employees and their partners, encompass the full range of job search procedures and are followed up by one-to-one counselling which includes interview training (with video) and advice on self-employment where appropriate.

Being a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development and of the Institute of Directors, he also advises companies on how they can best implement their plans to reduce numbers of staff.
