Caroline Robinson
Caroline has been working for Duke's Court since early 1997 writing tailor made courses for a major Heathrow based airline. Caroline came from the airline business and has developed and delivered training ranging from 1 day to 1 week in Amadeus reservations, fare quotes, advanced fare constructions, electronic ticketing and telephone skills. She has advised on planning a customer care course incorporating Quality Service Skills, Total Quality Management. She has a great talent for role playing and has brought realism to her training on such courses as stress situations at an airport, employment interviewing and appraisal skills events.
