Bill Legg

Bill has been a generalist HR Practitioner for the last 25 years. He has a service industry background and enjoys working in organisation developmental and turn around situations. He began as a retail line manager and became an HR Director. With a wide experience of international and domestic operations he has concentrated on recruitment and people development and Industrial Tribunals. His line management experience has stood him in good stead - so is able to identify with the issues that managers face. He now advises boards, being very happy looking for the creative response that keeps a balance between the spirit of the legislation, the values of the company and the needs of the people.
