Alan Williams

Alan is an experienced manager and consultant who has particular knowledge of the life science industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, agrochemicals, seeds, food, environment) and their needs, both strategically and in terms of their financial and human resources. Apart from his consultancy work with a large number of companies in UK, USA, Japan and Europe, he has acted as an interim CEO of a company for nine months, creating its business plan and professionalising the management. He is also deeply involved in two MBA programmes, teaching strategy and finance in the Open University Business School and designing and delivering an elective on management issues in biotechnology at City University Business School.
